Keri Thompson, Director of Marketing/ Sr. Recruiter
Keri has spent more than 15 years serving as a Director of Operations and as a Business Consultant to over 400 businesses nationwide. In her roles, she specialized in recruiting, hiring, and managing mid, upper, and executive level employees in 42 states. She prides herself on capturing talent that aligns with both the client’s and candidate’s personal and financial goals which leads to lasting placements. Keri earned a B.A. in Communications/English from The University of Oklahoma. She applies her background in consulting, talent acquisition, and communication to create an outstanding client/candidate experience.
Throughout her recruiting career she has focused heavily on accounting, finance, human resources, operations and legal-oriented positions. Keri takes an active approach to recruiting and delivers superior service. She especially values having exclusive and long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
April Zwick, Director of Operations/ Sr. Recruiter
April has over 15 years of sales and customer service experience. For the last 12 years, she remained in the Top 5% of a sales force team of 10 in an extremely competitive environment. In addition to her sales experience, she also has strong recruiting experience placing candidates with mid-size and large companies.
April earned a B.A. in Journalism /Public Relations as well as an M.H.R., (Master of Human Relations), from The University of Oklahoma. April highly utilizes her background in sales and human relations to evolve unique sales strategies and enhance recruiting methods. She thrives in the staffing industry by using a “consultative approach” every step of the way.
She attributes much of her success to a culmination of work experiences including: marketing, account management, employee relations, counseling, program development, event planning, community relations and business development.
Janee’ Zwick, Senior Recruiter/ Business Development Director
Janee’ came to Zwick + Associates with over 15 years of inside and outside sales experience. She has a proven track record in business development and has been in the Top 10% of her sales force consistently. In addition to her exceptional sales career, Janee’ brings strong recruiting experience and has an excellent track record for placing candidates in key positions.
She has the extraordinary ability to connect exceptional talent with the right opportunity. She has “top notch” social networking skills and constantly focuses on creative business to business solutions. Her interpersonal skills are highly perceptive and intuitive, and she is able to build solid connections very quickly.
Janee’ combines unique sales skills with interpersonal abilities to bring candidates and clients to the appropriate crossroads. She is a major asset to Zwick + Associates. Janee’ is also the leader of our Business Development Division at Zwick + Associates.
